SUL is not responsible for changes to platform policies, pricing, or functionality that may affect campaign performance. Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging SUL's services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their products and business.
• Maintaining sufficient advertising budget in connected ad accounts.
• Reviewing and approving creative and copy within agreed timelines.
• Ensuring their products comply with applicable laws and platform advertising policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the fees paid to SUL in the three months preceding the claim.
